you want to become an affiliate with GAKUEN HITOSHII}}? fantastic! but, of course, if you don't meet certain requirements we can't take you. the rules are as follows:

_you must comply to the proboards terms of service
_you site must be accessible to people ( no maintenance mode and no forcing guests to login )
_an at least somewhat active forum
_you must add our banner to the site affiliation table
_must have some sort of literary standards
_needs to have at least five members
_you must supply us with an e-mail address in order to update you on the status of our affiliate table
